Highly recommended.

Brandon Gee-Moore assisted me in the sale of a newer rental property condo near Brentwood in Burnaby, BC just before Christmas (2021), and I have rarely been as impressed with someone as I was with him.

Brandon was a true professional from start to finish and is one of those rare breeds of people who actually does what he says he will. Not some of the time, but all of the time. And is humble and down to earth to boot. With an infectious, positive attitude, and fun to do business with.

Every obstacle (and there were a few along the way) was met with a 'can-do' attitude, and a solution that moved us all along.

Brandon follows up leads on his website in a timely manner (to get your business, a good start), comes fully prepared to buyer or seller 'meet and greet' meetings, and I found him to have excellent knowledge of current market conditions and current market selling prices. He uses good professionals (such as photographers), manages the showings and sales processes professionally, and closes win-win deals.

In my case as a seller, we had three full price offers within a week (in the slow period of Nov 16-30 just before Christmas 2021), that all fell through for various reasons (financing turned down, etc). Not to worry, we got a fourth full price offer, and that sealed the deal.

I enjoyed working with Brandon, and found him to be a true professional, and I would highly recommend him to any friends or associates, or others just looking for a good broker, on either the buying or selling side.

My experience with Brandon was first class, 10/10, with no reservations.

My husband and I engaged Brandon this past year to assist us with the purchase of our first house in the Metro Vancouver search area. As any first-time home buyer can attest to, this can be an overwhelming and defeating process in what was a very aggressive sellers market at the time.

When we did finally come across "the one", which was slightly outside of our price range, Brandon's approach to be firm yet patient during the negotiation stage paid off in our favour and we secured the property under asking. Brandon Gee-Moore is an outstanding realtor. Throughout the past several months, he has been there every step of the way. As first-time buyers, we changed our minds throughout the process. We had a wonderful experience with Brandon Gee and can't speak highly enough of our experience.We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. Highly recommended as your realtor. He help us to sell our property within a week after having our first realtor whose selling our place for 6months. Brandon Gee-Moore at ReMax exceeded any of my expectations. As a first time homebuyer, me and my boyfriend were not familiar with the terminology or any steps we need to do like pre-approval from the bank. Brandon was incredibly friendly and kindly took time to explain what we need to prepare and help us to determine what would be a good fit for us. He listen very carefully what we told him and remember our preference to recommend and showed many properties (He spent so much time to arrange and make an appointment to show us even at late night) until we decide to make an offer.

We made our offer around Christmas season and we were on very tight timeframe but Brandon review all of documents relating to the condo during his vacation.

With his help, we bought our first place better and smoothly than anyone and I truly believe his expertise helped tremendously in our offer getting accepted.
